What’s included in each subscription box?
Each box will contain either 2, 3 or 4 candles in the colour theme of your choice. Each box will be finished with ribbon and a wax seal.
Are your candles safe for wax play?
Yes. All of our candles are made using our exclusive in-house blend specifically formulated for wax play to melt at a lower temperature than standard candles, making them suitable for consensual skin contact when used correctly. Safety is always part of the pleasure.
What size are your candles
Each artisan vegetable wax play candle is approximately 50mm x 120mm, weighing approximately 200g.
Can I use them as regular ambiance candles?
Whilst our candles are made specifically for wax play, you can use them for ambiance if you wish. Whether for a scene or simply to bathe your space in sensual candlelight, they perform beautifully in both roles.
Will I know which colours I’m getting?
Part of the allure is the surprise. Each month has its own bold colour palette — revealed only when your box arrives.
Are they vegan and cruelty-free?
Always. We believe in pleasure without compromise, so our candles are vegan-friendly and never tested on animals.

How does the subscription work?
You choose your subscription tier, we curate your box, and it’s delivered monthly — each time with a new theme and colour story.
When you subscribe, your payment is taken on the same day each month — this ensures your subscription stays active and you never miss a box. Each month has a cut-off date for orders; any orders placed after this date will roll over to the following month’s box.
Every month, you’ll receive a carefully curated selection of wax play candles designed to excite, tantalise, and delight — delivered straight to your door. The subscription is fully flexible: you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time before the next payment is taken, giving you complete control over your experience.
With Wax Play Reimagined, you’re not just receiving candles — you’re joining a journey of sensual exploration, delivered consistently and with an artful touch every month. Your payment is taken automatically, so you can simply anticipate the next indulgence.
Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?
Yes. Life happens, and desire ebbs and flows. You can pause or skip a month anytime from your account dashboard.
Can I choose my colours?
Not for the subscription — we keep it a surprise to heighten anticipation and encourage exploration. If you have strong preferences, you might enjoy our standard candle range instead.

How do I use your candles safely for wax play?
Communication & consent
Agree on boundaries, safe words, and comfort levels before you start. Check in regularly during play.
Use body-safe wax
Only use candles designed for wax play — regular candles can burn at higher, unsafe temperatures and may contain harmful additives. Ours are blended for skin contact, with a lower melt point that feels sensual
Know your temperatures
Always test the wax on your inner wrist or forearm before dripping onto more sensitive areas
Start from a safe distance
Hold the candle higher to let the wax cool slightly before it touches the skin, especially for beginners.
Be prepared for removal
Wax can be peeled or scraped off once cooled, but hair may tug — consider shaving or avoiding very hairy areas. Our wax is designed for ease of removal and shouldn't leave any sticky residue.
What temperature do your candles melt at?
They’re formulated to melt at a lower temperature than regular candles, approximately 54C — warm enough to thrill, but designed to reduce risk when used as intended.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Many enjoy them without issue, but if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test first.
Shipping & Packaging
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide except to EU countries. This is not by choice, blame Brexit and the EU's new GPSR rules which sadly make it completely unviable for us to trade within the EU.
Is your packaging discreet?
Completely. Your box arrives in plain outer packaging with no branding, so only you know what’s inside.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We keep rates fair, with UK delivery starting at a low flat fee and international rates kept as affordable as possible.
How long will delivery take?
UK orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch, sometimes sooner. International orders vary depending on location.

When will I be charged?
Your first payment is taken when you sign up, and then automatically on the same date each month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.
How do I update my address or payment details?
Log in to your account dashboard anytime to make changes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We’d hate to see you go, but you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Please cancel before your billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.
